Return Policy
If the Product is flawed or damaged upon receiving please either e-mail or call us to let us know of the issue. As part of the process we do require our customers to provide photo of the flaw or damage. The photo will help us confirm the issue and provide the correct solution. A u-need representative will reply either through e-mail or phone to provide the best solution possible.

Flawed or damaged parts can be replaced and upon request we can deliver the spare parts and charges arise from the process will be bared by u-need.

If the incorrect product was delieverd you can request for an exchange, and any delivery charges that arise from the process will be bared by u-need.

The above return policies are only valid for 14 days starting from the day of purchase. Only products purchased from this website will be entitled to the return policies stated on this website.
